Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Customer Relationship Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will handle routine transactions, protect customer information, and guide customers on new services with friendly, accurate service.

Balance cash drawers, support team members, and participate in training to grow professionally within a values-driven community bank.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and assist with routine transactions.
  • Protect customer information and adhere to confidentiality procedures.
  • Actively listen and offer product recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Balance cash drawers according to bank policies and procedures.
  • Engage with customers to build strong relationships and teamwork.
  • Participate in required training and pursue development opportunities.
