Job summary

Credit Corp Solutions is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager in Draper, UT to contact customers with overdue accounts, understand their circumstances and negotiate repayment arrangements or settlements. You will build rapport, assess options, and support positive business outcomes.

• Pay: $17.50 + UNLIMITED monthly bonus potential - on average with your bonus, you could be earing $23/hr. by month 3

Role Purpose:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements or settlement opportunities. Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes.
