About the Role

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll work directly with customers to address questions, resolve concerns, and support clean energy enrollment. Your role will play a vital part in improving customer satisfaction, strengthening brand loyalty, and contributing to a greener future.

Key Responsibilities

• Log and track customer interactions to ensure seamless internal communication
• Engage with customers face-to-face to drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Provide product education and recommend clean energy solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and thoughtfully
• Stay informed through ongoing clean energy training and campaign updates
• Build trust-based relationships with both customers and energy clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years in customer service, sales, or another client-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for customer satisfaction
• Performance-driven mindset with a goal-oriented work ethic
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Houston, TX (not a remote role)
• Interest in renewable energy and environmental impact is a strong plus
