Corestaff Services is looking for a Customer Service/Product Cancellation Specialist in Houston, TX. This full-time role involves providing outstanding customer service, processing cancellation requests, and verifying customer information. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and previous customer service experience. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $22 and involves in-office work from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Medical and vision insurance are also part of the employment package.

The Customer Service/Product cancellation Specialist will provide superior customer service to dealers, consumers, lienholders, and other customers, sort incoming cancellation requests, process cancellations according to company guidelines, and assist with payment processing as needed.

• Location: Houston, TX 77077
• Hourly Pay rate: $22.00 Per hour
• In office Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
