• Assist with new business by gathering accurate information and helping prospects understand next steps.
• Manage policy changes, billing questions, and policy reviews to improve coverage and pricing.
• Monitor renewal timelines, address concerns, and support retention efforts before policies renew.
• Document interactions accurately and follow State Farm procedures and licensing requirements.
