The O'Malley State Farm Agency is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to greet customers and handle everyday insurance needs. You’ll be the first point of contact, answer questions, process billing and policy changes, collect signatures, and move requests through the office.
This part-time role offers an upbeat environment, with growth potential to full-time, training, and a benefits-rich package including hourly pay with commission, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
The O'Malley State Farm Agency is looking for a friendly, energetic, and outgoing people-person to join our team! In this role, you'll be one of the first people our customers talk to—helping with everyday insurance needs, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they have a great experience with our agency.
This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if that's something you're interested in.
Insurance experience is a plus, but definitely not required. If you're not currently licensed, we'll help guide you through the process and can provide financial assistance toward obtaining your insurance licenses.
You'll have your own workstation, laptop, headset, and the tools you need to succeed in a professional, upbeat office. We work hard, help each other out, have fun, and celebrate our wins together. You'll receive competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities from Day 1, with the ability to earn more as you learn and grow.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
