Michael Doyle - State Farm Agent is hiring a Customer Relations Representative to support daily operations, nurture client relationships, and serve as the liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will promote relevant insurance products and services to grow the agency and improve community well-being.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.


• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification


• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred


• Experience managing client relationships is preferred

Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
