Ryan Platz State Farm Agency in Bohemia, NY is seeking a part-time Customer Relations Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences and support our growing insurance business. Bi-lingual Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

Insurance licensing with State Farm experience is required for immediate hire, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. You will assist with inquiries, quotes, policy changes, and billing questions while coordinating with team

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
