The role requires an interest in customer-focused product marketing and licenses that can be obtained (Property & Casualty, Life & Health). This is a full-time position with growth potential and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
