Job summary

Essential duties include entering orders into the SX system, expediting orders, servicing and stocking customer plant locations, and building strong relationships with customer contacts across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• Lift 10-40 lbs daily to assist in order entry and stocking.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the SX system.
• Expedite customer orders and manage quote opportunities.
• Regular servicing and stocking of customer plant locations.
• Build strong relationships with customer contacts at multiple plants.
• Improve customer relations by proactively meeting requirements.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and associates.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
