AIA Distributors in Billings, MT is seeking a Customer Relations professional for a full-time, on-site role. You will proactively contact existing customers to obtain weekly orders and maintain strong relationships, ensuring accurate order entry and timely follow-up on needs.

The position requires outgoing communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with Purchasing, Credit, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Senior Leadership to deliver exceptional

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor ordering patterns and follow up with customers whose purchasing activity has declined or changed.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Summary

Position: Customer Relations
Works With: Purchasing, Credit, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Senior Leadership
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, M-F 8 am to 5 pm with one hour lunch

Location: On Site - Billings

Compensation: $20 per hour
