Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is recruiting for a Customer Relations Representative for a local insurance company. The role focuses on value-based conversations and delivering a remarkable customer experience, with licensing paid by the company.

Wage is $19–$20 per hour DOE, with commissions once licensed. You will onboard new clients, answer questions across billing and coverage, and build lasting customer relationships in a collaborative team.

Express is actively recruiting for aCustomer Relations Representativefor a local insurance company.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional interested in helping the business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a family environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career.

Individuals will work directly with the sales folks to onboard new clients and be available to clients to answer questions throughout the process. Individuals will have to get licensed, but the company will pay for the licensing.

WAGE - $19-$20 DOE - will earn commissions once licensed

DUTIES:

• Will work with the sales staff to help onboard new clients.
• Will be responsible for working with new customers to process all their paperwork for onboarding in a timely manner and communicate with the customer throughout the process.
• Will be responsible for answering customer questions on billing, questions on coverage etc.
• As a team member you will build and develop customer relationships
• Once individual is licensed, they will be available to earn commission.
