Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is looking for a Customer Relations Manager to lead and support the Customer Relations team. This role involves ensuring the shipping needs of potential and current customers are met, while also overseeing team performance and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, excellent communication and management skills, and be proficient with customer service principles. Benefits include health insurance and 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record which meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Relations Consultants.
• Design and implement strategic plans to reach goals.
• Know rules and regulations regarding specific freight.
• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Frequent travel is required.
