Qualifications

• Two years data entry/clerical experience in medical or related settings.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to multi-task.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding clients and coordinating with laboratories and collection sites.
• Manage daily communications, ensure timely email responses within 2 hours.
• Process test results and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Produce accurate DOT MIS reports and assist with audits and trainings.
• Maintain DMS files and support annual reporting.
