You will greet customers, process returns and exchanges, and promote programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.

Daily duties include maintaining a neat, stocked work area, staying informed about current sales, and supporting a superior shopping experience through knowledgeable recommendations and courteous

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Handle merchandise returns and process refunds/exchanges.
• Secure firearms with trigger locks as required by store policy.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and stocked with supplies.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Assist with verifying sales and staying aware of advertised promotions.
• All other duties as assigned.
