Job summary

You will support customer reporting, data extraction for decks and trend charts, and maintain records with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical or related discipline or 2+ years of quality-related experience.
• Ability to inspect small semiconductor devices under a microscope.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality databases.
• High level of accuracy and meticulous documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to partner across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming complaint packages; verify markings and documentation.
• Log complaints into Quality Management systems and coordinate with CQEs for FA processing.
• Prepare and ship complaint materials; track deliveries and ensure timeliness.
• Upload 8D reports, certificates, and docs to customer portals as needed.
• Extract metrics for dashboards and management reviews; support presentation needs.
• Maintain organized records and ensure proper archiving per retention standards.
