Allegro MicroSystems, LLC in Manchester, NH is seeking a Customer Quality Technician to manage end-to-end lifecycle of customer complaints and quality returns. You will coordinate inspection, logging, and FA submissions, working with CQEs and Shipping to ensure on-time resolution.
You will support customer reporting, data extraction for decks and trend charts, and maintain records with strict confidentiality.

As a Customer Quality Technician, you will play a central role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer complaints and quality returns. You will coordinate the physical handling, tracking, and documentation of complaint materials moving through the Failure Analysis (FA) process. Working in close partnership with Customer Quality Engineers (CQEs), the Shipping Department, and the FA Lab, you will ensure returned devices are accurately inspected, logged, analyzed, and returned to customers on time.
