Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. in Moraine, OH, is seeking an Assistant Quality Manager in the Quality Department to drive customer-focused quality programs, maintain QMS, and ensure CSRs and IATF 16949 compliance.

You will lead the customer quality team, resolve warranty claims through structured problem solving, monitor KPIs, coordinate cross-functional improvements, and communicate VOC with customers. This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, Lean Six Sigma certification, 5+

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
Lean Six Sigma or quality certification/training preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain customer quality processes, procedures, and related documentation.
Lead cross-functional problem solving, containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, and effectiveness verification.
Monitor customer scorecards, PPM, complaints, warranty performance, and external quality losses.
Lead and support cross-functional quality improvement initiatives and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Maintain communication with customers, understand VOC, and represent FGA's quality interests.
Lead, develop, and manage the customer quality team to ensure capability and performance.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual quality reports as required.
