Job summary

CyberCoders in Shelbyville, KY is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to serve as the primary customer quality contact, addressing concerns and driving timely resolution.

You will lead investigations using 8D, 5-Why, and CAPA, coordinate audits and customer requests, and partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to prevent recurrence.

The role requires a engineering or related degree and experience in automotive or regulated manufacturing with knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing with knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Proven experience leading customer complaint investigations and CAPA using 8D/5-Why.

Responsibilities
