Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 7–10 years manufacturing engineering experience including at least 5 years in quality engineering.
• Strong background in ISO 9001, quality systems, and data-driven problem solving; experience with quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the main quality contact for customers, addressing quality concerns and coordinating corrective actions.
• Manages customer and measurement quality by aligning production specs and inspection processes with customer requirements.
• Leads PPAP documentation, audits, customer visits, and corrective actions to maintain compliance.
• Maintains QMS, CAPA, MOC, and document control; supports root cause analysis and data-driven improvements across the plant.
• Provides technical support for measurement quality activities including MSA, gage R&R, and bias studies.
