Qualifications

• Customer facing interactions to address concerns
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485
• Quality systems, risk assessment, change control, CAPA

Responsibilities

• Performs investigations and implements corrective actions for customer complaints
• Manages communications with customers for complaints and inquiries
• Prioritizes inquiries to correct department per QRS guidelines
• Ensures resolution with contract manufacturing organizations
• Collaborates with Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Operations to meet timelines
• Participates in customer audits and provides requested documentation
