Walsh Employment Limited is seeking a customer-facing Quality Specialist for an on-site role in Oak Creek, WI. You will resolve quality issues, lead root cause analysis, and act as the liaison between customers and internal manufacturing teams.

The role offers relocation assistance and a competitive salary. Responsibilities include leading containment to closure of customer quality issues, managing complaints and CAPA, supporting supplier and customer audits, and ensuring compliance with IATF

Qualifications

• Automotive coatings industry experience required.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949.
• Experience managing customer quality issues and complaints.
• Strong knowledge of 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone and root cause analysis.
• Experience with corrective and preventive actions.
• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, LPA and customer-specific requirements.
• Experience supporting customer and third-party audits.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer quality issues from containment through to closure.
• Manage customer complaints, RCA and corrective actions.
• Act as escalation point for critical quality concerns.
• Support and lead customer audits.
• Ensure compliance with IATF and customer requirements.
• Identify quality risks and drive preventive actions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and commercial teams.
