Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in Engineering or a technical field.
• At least 8 years of professional engineering quality experience.
• Experience with 8D problem solving, RCA, CAPA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting能力 using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop 8D and customer reports; communicate outcomes and collaborate with Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supplier Quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and verify effectiveness of actions.
• Ensure RCA, CAPA are executed and tracked; drive rapid containment and clear communications.
• Incorporate management system changes and drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate timelines or quality risks; visit customers to assess issues and capture improvement needs.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
