Job summary

Antolin is a leading global automotive supplier, delivering quality systems and manufacturing excellence for major car brands worldwide. This role focuses on direct contact for Customer Quality and Customer Satisfaction, managing claims, and driving NQC and quality change processes within a manufacturing environment.

The candidate will engage in PPCR-IPA-CPA-IPH-CPH activities, support continuous improvements, and ensure compliance with quality requirements across products and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Systems or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Quality function.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Professional and effective communication and representation skills.
• Ability to sit, stand and have mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to conduct extended computer work and lead discussions with employees.
• Visits to customer facilities and plants may require extended standing and walking.
• Exposure to hazards and PPE in manufacturing environment.
