Job summary

Antolin is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA across multiple production stages, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize quality systems in a Tier 1 manufacturing setting.

You will manage audits, supplier performance and warranty processes, while guiding the Quality Department toward cost control and excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires experience leading quality systems across a Tier 1 manufacturing site.
• Ability to evaluate process auditors, products and systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods and audits.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of the quality system in line with group procedures.
• Coordinate relations with customers and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvement plans with purchasing.
• Decide on deviations from customer quality requirements.
• Coordinate system, product and production process audits.
• Lead investigations of serial incidents and action plan follow-up.
• Analyze warranty returns and participate in customer satisfaction measures.
• Contribute to quality planning and department oversight.
• Manage plant quality costs and non-quality costs.
• Maintain relationships with internal quality management teams.

Your Mission

To lead and drive the quality assurance and control processes across all stages of production, ensuring products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. The Quality Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust quality systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence. A key focus will be on identifying and resolving quality issues, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the organisation in achieving its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the implementation of the quality system in line with the group's procedures
• Ensures and coordinates relations with the various customers
• Ensures compliance with customer quality requirements and objectives
• Monitors the performance of the suppliers in his unit and initiates improvement plans, in line with purchasing
• Decides on deviations from customer quality requirements
• Coordinates system, product and production process audits
• Coordinates the handling of serial incidents and the follow-up of associated action plans
• Coordinates the analysis and processing of warranty returnsParticipates in the measurement of customer satisfaction
• Participation in quality planning
• Supervision of the activities of the Quality Department
• Management of all plant quality costs / non-quality costs
• Functional relationship with the quality management of internal customers
