Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. in Roseville, MN is seeking a Customer Quality Systems Specialist to manage customer quality requests, maintain statements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation is provided to customers.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and a solid understanding of Quality Systems. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, at least three years in a regulated environment (FDA/USDA), and experience in a customer-facing role,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in a regulated environment (FDA, USDA, etc.).
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Preferred knowledge of FDA food regulations and quality system requirements (GFSI, HACCP, GMP).
• Strong communication with all disciplines and levels at facilities and corporate.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with requested documentation through internal systems and portals.
• Maintain the Hawkins TraceGains Gather site with updated information.
• Coordinate requests from the Quality mailbox and ensure timely processing.
• Track customer requests and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion.
• Maintain corporate statements and regularly review/create new statements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to prepare and approve statements meeting customer/regulatory needs.
• Manage Kosher and Halal Programs to maintain Certifications for Hawkins facilities.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
