Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in a regulated environment (FDA, USDA, etc.).
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of FDA food regulations and quality system requirements (GFSI, HACCP, GMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with requested documentation through internal systems and customer portals.
• Maintain Hawkins TraceGains Gather site with updated information for customers.
• Coordinate requests from Quality mailbox; ensure timely processing.
• Track customer requests and follow up with internal stakeholders.
• Manage Kosher and Halal Programs to maintain Certifications.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
