Responsibilities

• Serve as the Customer Quality Champion for assigned strategic customers and drive successful outcomes.
• Develop understanding of customer workflows, silicon bring-up, and quality risks to set priorities.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving with 8D, RCCA, and corrective/preventive actions.
