As a Customer Project Coordinator, you are the vital bridge between luxury vision and reality. You will take ownership of the end-to-end client journey- guiding prospective buyers, homeowners, and industry professionals from initial inquiry and custom design through quoting, order placement, and project handoff to production.

This role is ideal for an organized, articulate communicator with a background in construction, remodeling, cabinetry, building materials, or home improvement who loves managing multi-step projects without the stress of cold-lead generation.

salary: $24 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Project & Client Relationship Management

• End-to-End Ownership: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their design and purchase journey via phone and email (no in-person client visits).
• Design Collaboration: Partner directly with internal Designers to review custom CAD renderings, present proposals, and guide clients through project options.
• Proactive Follow-Up: Maintain consistent, friendly communication with open-proposal clients and nurture long-term relationships with repeat trade professionals (contractors, designers, builders).
• Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our product lines, cabinet styles, finishes, and popular outdoor appliance integrations to answer client questions with confidence.

Operations, Quoting & Administration

• Proposal & Quote Creation: Build and deliver detailed price quotes and project proposals using QuickBase CRM.
• Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, client payments, and quality assurance checklists to prepare job folders for the manufacturing team.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain organized client notes, status updates, and tracking data in QuickBase to ensure no detail falls through the cracks.

Relevant Background: 2+ years of experience in building materials, construction, cabinetry, home improvement, remodeling, property management, or project-based account management strongly preferred.
