Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Part-Time Product Development Coordinator in Washington to partner with the Product Development Manager. The role focuses on keeping timelines tight, organizing materials, and ensuring flawless trade show launches with a flexible start time and a first shift from 8 AM to 12 PM.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience, a High School diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and launching furniture collections, track timelines and sample progress to meet milestones.
  • Compile and review cost grids from factories to align with customer pricing.
  • Create, organize and maintain up-to-date Product Development presentations and project files.
  • Coordinate with Product Development Manager on showroom logistics, inventory tracking and post-market sell-off.
  • Schedule and track shipping/arrival dates of trade show samples within deadlines.
  • Organize and ship development materials (wood finishes, hardware, fabrics) for review.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Product Development Coordinator topartner closely with the Product Development Manager to keep timelines tight, materials organized, and trade show launches running flawlessly. Flexibile start times too!

salary: $23,920 - $27,040 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 12 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and launching new furniture collections, tracking project timelines and sample progress to ensure key milestones are met.
  • Compile and review cost grids from manufacturing factories to ensure alignment with customer pricing standards.
  • Create, organize, and maintain up-to-date Product Development presentations and project files.
  • Partner with the Product Development Manager to coordinate furniture market logistics, showroom sample management, inventory tracking, and post-market sell-off.
  • Coordinate with internal operations to schedule and track the shipping/arrival dates of trade show samples within required deadlines.
  • Organize and ship development materials, including wood finish samples, hardware, and fabrics required for review and approvals.
