Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced customer service professional for an order management role in a B2B environment, based in Bloomington, MN. The position is hybrid, with responsibilities including resolving service or billing issues, handling inquiries, and escalating grievances as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to document interactions accurately using standard applications such as MS Outlook.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
