Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking Customer Program Managers to lead awarded automation programs for the Smart Factory Solutions business in North America. This role is an individual contributor within the sales organization, owning the program schedule, milestones, and coordinating engineering, HQ, and partner deliverables.

The position supports both Senior and Mid levels, requires coordinating with customer plant teams, and involves frequent domestic travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in program or project management for industrial automation, capital equipment, or manufacturing launches (Senior: 8+ years; Mid: 4+ years).
• Experience coordinating engineering teams, suppliers, and customer IT or security onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the program schedule, milestones, and gate reviews from award through acceptance.
• Coordinate engineering, HQ, and partner deliverables to meet customer commitments.
• Lead customer acceptance and invoicing milestones as they are achieved.
