Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Customer Program Manager for Smart Factory Solutions in North America. This role leads awarded automation programs from purchase through customer acceptance, coordinating Engineering, IT onboarding, and logistics to meet commitments.

The position supports Senior and Mid levels, with responsibilities spanning schedule control, risk management, and handoff to service. Domestic travel is expected; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain required.
• Senior: 8+ years in program or project management for industrial automation or manufacturing Launches.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the program schedule, milestones, and gate reviews through award to acceptance.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, IT onboarding, and logistics with customers and partners.
• Identify risks and issues, track them with ownership, and drive acceptance and handoff.
