Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 7–12+ years in semiconductor or power electronics with customer-facing quality or applications engineering experience.
• Experience managing customer relationships, leading qualification activities, handling escalations, and presenting technical data to customer teams.
• Hands-on experience qualifying power modules, power semiconductors, or PCB assemblies for AI/datacenter/HPC.
• Proficiency with 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies for issue containment and corrective action.
• Familiarity with Design for Reliability (DfR), qualification test methods HTOL, PCT, TC, and reliability data interpretation.
• Knowledge of PCB assembly processes including SMT and manufacturing quality controls.
• Experience with FMEAs, CAPA, SPC, and supplier/process audits.
• Ability to analyze and communicate quality metrics to technical and executive audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality liaison to key AI datacenter and hyperscaler customers, building trusted relationships with QA teams.
• Lead customer qualification activities for new AI power modules, ensuring ramp readiness and acceptance criteria.
• Translate customer quality requirements into actionable inputs for internal design, reliability, and supplier quality teams.
• Own end-to-end resolution of customer quality escalations using 8D, RCA, and CAPA.
• Provide regular quality performance reporting to internal stakeholders and customers, including defect rate trends and improvement roadmaps.
