The role emphasizes timely follow-ups, accurate account maintenance, and collaboration with Sales, Credit, and Customer Relations to support customer projects and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes calls for applications with home improvement loans.
• Completes Positive Confirmation calls and related steps to avoid payment delays.
• Reviews and updates customer accounts as needed.
• Maintains high level of customer service and accuracy.
• Meets production targets for call quality and quantity.
• Responds to emails and voicemails promptly.
• Escalates observations or concerns to Management when appropriate.
• Contacting customers to confirm project status and completion.
• Documenting customer interactions and project updates.
