Job summary

Kilgore College is seeking a Customer Outreach Assistant to support RangerPRINT's sales, customer service, marketing, and outreach efforts. You will be the primary customer-facing representative, helping customers identify printing solutions, gather estimates, coordinate details, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building positive relationships with Kilgore College departments and the campus community, supporting marketing campaigns, social media content, and outreach

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or communications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and conduct outreach to Kilgore College departments and groups; identify opportunities and follow up on inquiries.
• Support marketing and social media efforts, create digital materials, and assist with campaigns.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, supplies, and maintaining a clean, safe shop environment.
• Learn RangerPRINT products and pricing; support administrative and customer-service tasks.
