Job summary

Tilley Distribution is seeking an Account Representative to ensure a seamless order lifecycle from quote to delivery. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to meet customer needs and maintain high service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a customer-facing role, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to balance cost, risk, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, order management) in chemical distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial products.
• Strong communication—explain options, set expectations, keep customers informed.
• High attention to detail and follow-through—gets orders and notes right the first time.
• Experience with regulated documentation and compliance considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the full customer order process, including quote support, entry, changes, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, setting realistic expectations and maintaining ownership through resolution.
• Identify order risks and delays and take proactive action before impacting the customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers.
