Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC is seeking a Customer Operations Program Manager in Wisconsin. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to optimize replenishment, inventory, and service for Walmart and Sam's Club assignments. Deep knowledge of Walmart/Nova systems and customer requirements is essential.

The role focuses on standardizing processes, driving continuous improvement, and delivering actionable insights from POS and inventory data. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in customer operations, replenishment, retail analytics, or related roles.
• Direct replenishment experience with Walmart and Sam's Club required.
• Hands-on experience using Walmart Retail Link and Nova.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop an intimate understanding of assigned customers, including systems and replenishment requirements.
• Serve as the primary operational partner for customers with Sales account ownership.
• Lead consistent customer operating cadence with KPI reviews and action tracking.
• Translate customer needs into clear actions and connect to internal partners.
