Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations to deliver outstanding service, manage accounts and provide sales support to field reps. You’ll handle orders, backorders, and post-sales resolutions while coordinating with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.

The role is remote with hours Mon-Fri 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST and involves collaboration to optimize customer experience across departments.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience with MS Office Suite preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded
• Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders, substitutions and product change requests
• Provides outsourced services to customers relating to invoicing, reimbursement, and problem resolution
• Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and product returns with Quality and Regulatory teams
• Identifies customer trends and challenges to develop alternatives to support business and efficiency
• Supports process improvement initiatives for inventory, suppliers and profitability
• Builds relationships with key stakeholders to collaborate on improved service
• Communicates with customers regarding needs and concerns and troubleshoots equipment issues
• Manages cases regarding reporting, backorders, complaints and pricing changes
• Supports general sales by analyzing account histories and coordinating internal resources
• Investigates discrepancies in POS systems, website ordering and customer issues
• Redirects customers to in-house resources as needed
• Supports post-sales issue resolutions as necessary
