Qualifications

• Experience supervising Credit and Field Operations or related teams.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Credit and Field Operations employees in daily activities.
• Coordinate and deliver job training and field observations.
• Implement Customer Service procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor operator qualification and training requirements.
• Handle currency during collections and deposits.
• Oversee meter-related compliance and safety observations.
• Ensure adherence to EEO, security, and Code of Conduct policies.
• Provide 24-hour safety support during emergencies.
