Job summary

Randstad USA, in partnership with our client, is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Support & Orders Coordinator to join a supportive, collaborative, and growth-minded team! This on-site role in Hudson, NH is a 12-month contract with strong potential for permanency.

You will deliver post-sales support, manage RMAs and service updates, prepare quotes and contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing documentation or system entries.
• A self-motivated, punctual, and reliable work ethic.
• Experience with (or eagerness to learn) enterprise platforms like SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Manage return material authorizations (RMAs), inquiries, and service updates with warmth and professionalism across email, phone, and service portals.
• Operations & Administration: Prepare estimates, service contracts, purchase orders, and export documents with high attention to detail.
• Problem Solving: Partner with finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth order processing and clear any administrative holds.
• Proactive Service: Support customer loyalty by keeping clients informed on order status and introducing them to valuable service and protection options.
• System Continuous Improvement: Learn and utilize modern platforms like SAP and Oracle, with opportunities to test new system features and share your feedback.
