Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and standard quotations using defined procedures.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Quality and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to routine inquiries.
• Support item setup, pricing, and revisions with documentation.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement activities.
