Job summary

Lumencor, Inc. seeks a Customer Operations Coordinator to bridge sales and manufacturing, handling orders from receipt through shipment. You will coordinate with internal teams and act as a main contact for OEM customers, ensuring accurate information on lead times and delivery schedules.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, cross-department collaboration, and support for revenue operations and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, onsite position in Beaverton, Oregon.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer operations or a related role.
• Experience processing and managing customer orders in an ERP, CRM, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, pricing, terms, and product configuration requirements.
• Process new orders and changes accurately in Lumencor's ERP/manufacturing database.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Shipping to move orders through production and fulfillment.
