Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Lewiston, MN to support order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and administrative tasks for the WinField United business.

You will handle customer inquiries, assist with forecasts and inbound orders, manage inventory agreements, and support safety data entry and travel duties as needed. Strong MS Office and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of work experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry/digital order management systems preferred.
• Two years of accounting or general office experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of order fulfillment inquiries via calls or emails.
• Support forecasting and inbound orders/transfers for the team.
• Monitor customer inventory agreements and perform cycle counts/reconciliation.
• Assist in fleet routing, reporting, and processing freight claims.
• Provide general office support: filing, processing purchase orders, office supplies, and projects.
