Two years of work experience and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook are preferred. Expect day shifts with some travel (roughly 10%). This position is part of the WinField United business, a member‑owned cooperative focused on agricultural inputs and technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of work experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry/digital order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Operations: handle all order fulfillment inquiries via calls or emails; update customers on ETAs and order statuses.
• Inventory Management: monitor customer inventory agreements, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Logistics: assist with fleet routing, reporting, and freight claims processing.
• Administrative Support: perform general office tasks and purchasing, filing, and supply management.
• Safety Compliance: assist with safety data entry.
• Travel: some travel required (approx. 10%).
• Other: perform additional site duties as needed for success.
