Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Customer Operations Manager to lead the Customer Operations Specialist team and champion the voice of the customer. You will partner with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality and Sales to deliver rapid, accurate solutions for factory direct and enterprise accounts.

You will own the site’s customer advocacy, drive the S&OP forecast, establish KPIs like Order Acknowledgement and Quote Cycle Time, and push continuous improvement across quoting and order

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in medical device or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Operations Specialist team.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality and Sales to deliver solutions.
• Advocate for the customer and drive long-term relationships.
• Set KPIs and drive continuous improvement in quoting and order management.
• Support S&OP forecasting and cross-site sales opportunities.
