You will supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives and partner with internal teams to deliver professional service that builds loyalty.

A background in business and leadership in manufacturing contexts is preferred, with proven communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications in customer service management or related areas are a plus.
• 3+ years in customer service leadership; 2+ years in manufacturing preferred.
• Proven success managing customer relationships in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
