Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the team's daily operations and responsibilities, onboarding and training new hires, and performance management.
• Drive deployment and implementation of an optimized process workflow for efficiency.
• Maintain internal networks of commercial and operations contacts for timely resolution of customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Program Management, and Marketing to improve customer experience through proactive engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and balance workloads to ensure coverage and service levels.
• Oversee Salesforce activities, assign and monitor cases, and handle escalations.
