Job summary

Blue-Signal-Search is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to enhance our customer support capabilities in St. Louis. This role involves managing customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring smooth communication across teams like sales and operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or order management, preferably in a manufacturing setting. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service, customer operations, or order management experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, packaging, or distribution environments is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of order to cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for customers across assigned accounts.
• Manage order updates, shipment timing, expedite requests, returns, and service follow-up.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to keep customers informed.
