Job summary

American Electric Power (AEP) is partnering with InnoSource to offer direct-hire, in-office roles. As a Customer Operations Associate, you will assist customers over the phone, resolve inquiries, and ensure their needs are met with care and efficiency.

You will join a compassionate, team-driven environment that values clear communication, problem solving, and empathy. Starting pay is $18/hour with benefits available on day one in Gahanna, OH.
